Houston HQ · Serving Texas

The structure
and the shell.
One crew list.

Vector Envelope Systems pours, frames, insulates, roofs and finishes projects for multifamily, commercial and tract home builders in Houston and major Texas cities. One vendor, one schedule, one point of contact from slab to paint.

What we do

Built for multifamily, commercial and production schedules.

The building envelope is everything between the ground, the weather and the people inside: the foundation it stands on, the frame that carries the load, the insulation that holds the temperature, the roof that sheds the rain and the finish that closes it all in.

We run those trades as one system, so the framer isn't waiting on the slab, the insulator isn't waiting on the framer and the drywall crew isn't waiting on either. Builders get fewer handoffs, fewer callbacks and draws that line up with the work.
